Privacy policy
This page explains which personal data we collect through stage.forguest.eu, why we do so and what your rights are, under articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The Italian version prevails in case of discrepancies.

What data we collect
- Data you give us: name, company, email, phone and message content when you use the contact form or write to us by email or WhatsApp.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and times, logged by server systems for security and operation. For the form's anti-spam limits the IP address is stored only as an encrypted hash and deleted after 24 hours.
- Cookies and similar tools: technical ones always; statistics and marketing ones only with your consent. See the cookie policy.
- Customer data: for customers, the data needed for the contract and for tax and administrative obligations.

Retention
- Contact requests that do not lead to a contract: 24 months from last contact.
- Contract and tax data: for the contract duration and then as required by law (usually 10 years).
- Server logs: only as long as needed for security.
- Cookies: as stated in the cookie policy.
Recipients
- Aruba S.p.A.: website hosting, email and data centre services in Italy.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.
- Software development and support providers, tax and accounting advisers.
- Banks and payment systems (e.g. PayPal, Stripe) for customers paying online.
- Public authorities, where required by law.
We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Our servers are in the European Union. Some providers (such as Google) may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time (arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@forguest.cloud: we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
