Acceptance

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website and its services. ForGuest apps and web apps are governed by specific terms presented at sign-up or in the contract.

Use of content

Texts, images, graphics, trademarks and software on the site belong to ForGuest or their respective owners and are protected by copyright and industrial property law. You may view and download documents for personal use or, if authorised, for business purposes. Modifying, reproducing, transmitting or republishing content elsewhere without written permission is not allowed.

Software and licences

ForGuest software is protected by copyright unless otherwise stated. Its use is governed by the contractual terms, to be accepted before use. Reproduction or redistribution is not allowed without a resale authorisation or specific terms. SaaS licences are annual, include support where specified and are renewed by paying the fee stated in the contract in advance.

Duration, renewal and termination of SaaS services

• SaaS licences last one year and do not renew automatically: the service continues upon payment before expiry.
• After expiry without renewal, the software can no longer be used.
• 30 days after expiry without payment, ForGuest may permanently stop the service and delete the customer's data.
• In case of legal violations or misuse, ForGuest may suspend or terminate the service, remove data and charge any early-termination costs.

Limitation of liability

ForGuest takes care over the site content but does not guarantee it is always complete, up to date or error-free, and may change it at any time. To the extent permitted by law, ForGuest is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including loss of profit, data or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the site. Cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Third-party links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. ForGuest does not control them and is not responsible for their content. Other sites may link to ForGuest provided they do not reproduce its content, present it as their own, attribute opinions to ForGuest, use its trademarks without permission or contain illegal, offensive or inappropriate material.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Services and products are provided from Italy and these terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with businesses and professionals, the Court of Sassari has exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile applies.
